Welcome to the Washington Parish Summer Camps, Events, & Festivals. This is “version 1.0” .We will make updates and changes to this information often so do check back with us first. Please share this entire link with your friends so they too will know about these events. Some events are missing some information but as time goes by we will put this on the “Events Calendar” as it becomes available. Many of these events can be found at www. Festivals:
Tylerrtown,MS- Wathal Dairy Festival will be held on Saturday,June 3 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Lots of vendors and lots of fun. Do have good walking shoes!
Poplarville,MS- Saturday, June 10,2017- Poplarville Blueberry Festival in downtown Poplarville,MS. This event will feature a 10k race, and much more. Lots of vendors and lots of fun! Family Friendly! Do have good walking shoes.
Bogalusa- Bogalusa Farmer's Market is held every Saturday starting at 9 a.m. @ Goodyear Park
Bogalusa- Bogalusa 4th of July Parade will be on July 4,2017 at 10 a.m.
CAMPS:
Bogalusa- June 5-9,2017 Share The Rock Basketball Camp will be held at Bogalusa HS Gym from 8 a.m. to 12 Noon. Cost: TBA, Contact & Number: ???
Bogalusa- Upward Bound Camp-June 5-9,2017 @ First Baptist Church In Bogalusa. Cost: ??
Bogalusa- Believe Summer Camp will be h;d at Bogalusa High School from June 19-23,2017 for ages 3rd grade & up!. Times will be 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Mon-Friday) & Show on Froday @ 6 p.m. Cost of camp is $ 100.00 after May 15. To register see:http://www.believecamp.com/
Bogalusa- Kids Summer srt Camps @ First Baptist Church in Bogalusa. Ages 6 & up. Cots of camp is $ 75.00 per week (includes snacks & supplies) For more information call: 985-750-5802 Week 1 will be June 12-16 (1:00 pm to 4 p.m.) , Week 2 will be June 19-23 (9 a.m. to 12 p.m) , Week 3 will be June 26-30,2017 (9 a.m. to 12 p.m.) .
Bogalusa- Canjun Cavas Art Camps on Columbia St. for ages 4 years & up. will be $ 65.00 a week. To sign up call: 225-301-4075. Week one will be June 5-8 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., July 10-13 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Bogalusa- Sports Work Academy Basket Ball Camp will be Sat,June 17 @ Bogalusa YMCA. For more info call Michael Galloway @ 678-458-3326.

Y-Camp June 5-9,2017. This is a 5 day camp,has arts,crafts, Karate, gardening, swimming, etc. Time is 10:00 a.m. To 4 p.m. Cots is $ 75.00 with before or after care is $ 100.00
Sports Camp- June 26-30,2017. This is 5 day camp and consists of one main sport each day. Time is 10:00 a.m. To 4 p.m. Cost is $75.00 with before and after care $ 100.00
Y-Camp July 10-14. This is a 5 day camp,has arts,crafts, Karate, gardening, swimming, etc. Time is 10:00 a.m. To 4 p.m. Cots is $ 75.00 with before or after care is $ 100.00
Adventure Camp- July 24-28,2017. 5 day cap consists of arts, crafts, growing green, swimming, and camp over at the Y on Thursday Night. Parents are welcomed to participate! Cost is $ 85.00with before and or after care $ 110.00.
Youth needs to bring lunch, drink,towels, closed towed shoes, swimsuit, sun screen for all YMCA Camps. All camps have alternate activities for youth.

June 4-9 starting @ 6:30 pm SHARP- Emmanuel Baptist Church.
June 11-16 starting @ 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Ages 5 yrs. to 6th grade, @ Lees Creek Baptist Church
June 12-16 starting @ 6 p.m. To 8:30 p.m. Monroe Street Baptist Church
June 26-30 starting @ 5:30- until Superior Ave Baptist Church
Varnador-
June 12-16 First Missionary Baptist Church of Varnado VBS
Franklinton-
June 5-9 starting @ 8:30 a.m. To Noon First Baptist Church of Franklinton. Ages: 4 yrs till 6th
